This website is operated by Gabriella Bella LLC, doing business as Briella Bella. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gabriella Bella LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

Briella Bella is owned and operated by Gabriella, founder and sole member of Gabriella Bella LLC, registered in the State of Illinois.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, resold without authorization, or in violation of our policies.

2. Account & Customer Information

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products we offer.

We make every effort to display product colors, sizing, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect exact colors, and slight variations in fabric, fit, or finish may occur. These small differences are not considered defects. Product measurements and fit may vary slightly between styles.

Certain jewelry pieces may contain metal alloys, plating, or materials that could cause sensitivities for some individuals. Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions and materials carefully before purchasing.

To help preserve the quality and longevity of jewelry, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals. Individual care habits and environmental factors may affect the lifespan and appearance of jewelry over time.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping

All orders ship from Illinois, USA via UPS and/or other trusted shipping carriers and are currently available for U.S. orders only. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with delivery typically within 2–5 business days after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed off to UPS, Briella Bella is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Eligible returns may be issued as either store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Local delivery orders are eligible for return under our standard return policy. At this time, we do not offer return pickups for local delivery orders. Approved returns must be mailed back following the instructions provided through our Return Portal.

Items returned without prior approval through our Return Portal may not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photography, and the Briella Bella name and branding, is the property of Gabriella Bella LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct & Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, photos, or other content to our site or social media, you grant Gabriella Bella LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You agree that your submissions will not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabriella Bella LLC, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or website, including but not limited to carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or shipping damage.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
