How do I start a return?

 Simply head to our Return Portal to submit your request, it only takes a moment.

What is your return window?

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Can I get a refund or store credit?

Eligible returns can be issued as either store credit or a refund to your original payment method, whichever works best for you.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer return pickups for local deliveries?

At this time, we do not offer return pickups for local delivery orders. If you wish to make a return, your item(s) will need to be mailed back following the instructions provided through our Return Portal. 

What items are final sale?

All sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items showing any signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, makeup, or use may also be ineligible for return.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of UPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. We’re always happy to provide any information needed to support you through the process

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and once on their way, most arrive within 2–5 business days. From the moment you click "checkout," you can expect your pieces in about 3–8 business days total.

Where do you ship from?

Every order ships from Illinois, USA, packed with care and a little love tucked into every detail.

Do you offer free shipping?

 Yes! Enjoy complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $150 (pre tax).

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are currently shipped via UPS.

Do you restock items?

Some styles may be restocked depending on demand, but many of our pieces are limited. If something catches your eye, we recommend grabbing it while you can. Once it's gone, it's often gone for good.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our very best to help. Once an order has been processed, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations, so the sooner the better.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Is Briella Bella a physical store?

Briella Bella is currently an online-only boutique based in Illinois.
