Return Window
Please request your return within 10 days of delivery.
Refund Options
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be returned:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags attached

In the original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, fragrance, damage, or use may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
All sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local Delivery Returns
Local delivery orders are eligible under our standard return policy. At this time, we do not offer return pickups for local delivery orders. Approved returns must be mailed back following the instructions provided through our Return Portal.
Please note that items returned without prior approval through our Return Portal may not be accepted.
